Episode 3.0 Ltd runs this site. This notice covers the contact form and nothing else: the site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
What I collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, email, organisation and the details of the role.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about the role or project.
- I rely on your request (steps before a possible contract) and my legitimate interest in replying.
- I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it's kept
Form answers are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Netlify may process data in the United States under its data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Up to 12 months after we last speak, unless we start working together. Then I keep what the work and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or object to how I use them. Email rose@episode3.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
